Players act as an emergency team working to stabilize a patient by achieving ten consecutive heartbeats free of micro-infarcts. Gameplay centers on solving a sequence-based puzzle: players play cards and use medical tools such as atropine, oxygen, a defibrillator and a cardiac monitor to manipulate the sequence and react to micro-infarcts. The game supports 2–4 players (with optional extra helpers) and offers optional difficulty layers that increase pressure and complexity; beginners are advised to learn the base sequence before adding difficulties. Rounds end when the patient is stabilized or the sequence fails, and post-game analysis of the table sequence helps players improve future attempts.
