Players control a network of spies across Cold War Europe, gathering intelligence, acquiring equipment, and completing high-risk missions. Each round, players roll a hand of dice and place them on action circles to move agents, obtain agency cards, take on or finish missions, and perform other operations. Dice placement requires numeric adjacency to existing dice, creating opportunities to block rivals or be blocked in return. Special abilities and card combos let players break codes and combine assets to meet mission requirements while planning for future turns.
