Forbidden City

Players are imperial advisors laying colored room tiles to expand and enclose chambers inside the palace. Each turn, a player reveals and places the top tile from their face-down pile, matching its color to adjacent tiles unless separated by a wall. When a room becomes fully surrounded (walls may include archways), its value is scored: each tile is worth 1 point, each dragon token adds 3 points, and any rooms reachable through archways also contribute to the total. Majority control in a closed room awards coins equal to the room’s value; second place receives half (rounded down). The game ends when tiles are exhausted, and the advisor with the most coins wins.
