Carcassonne Big Box

This box collects the base tile-placement game and nine compatible expansions, each marked with an icon for easy combination. Players draw and place landscape tiles showing cities, roads, cloisters and fields, matching edges to previously played tiles to grow a shared map. After placing a tile, a player may deploy a meeple as a knight on a city, robber on a road, monk on a cloister or farmer on a field; completed features score points and return meeples to their owners. The expansions add new tile types, mechanics (such as traders, builders, flying machines, ferries, gold mines, magic effects and robbers) and variant components, including larger goods tokens in this collection.
