This is a recipe fulfillment game where you select an action, then you get to preform that action an extra number of times for each action of the same type you've taken so far that matches in color. Essentially you are gaining meeples and then slowly moving them from spot to spot until they finally hit the recipe completion area. When you have either a set of three of the same color, or four different colors, the recipe is complete and you get the points. It's pretty basic. I like the way the actions build up as you go, but you are subject to a decent amount of randomness from the action display. Additionally, the way your board produces bonuses it makes it look like it's just as viable to go for a diverse color strategy as opposed to going hard into one or two colors, but in our one game it seemed that going hard was the only realistic way to succeed. Maybe additional plays will prove that to be wrong. That being said, there's nothing in me that screams to give this game more plays. It's just ok. ★ Art, Iconography and components functional ☆ Clever or interesting mechanisms ★ Reasonably low downtime between turns with mildly AP players ★ Multiple plays stay interesting ☆ Low or mitigatable luck elements ★★☆☆☆ Raw enjoyment
