Players act as early-20th-century curators assembling a museum collection through exploration, barter and strategic exchange. Start with a small set of relics, send explorers to acquire new items, and spend or reserve relics whose values serve as currency for future acquisitions. Opponents can access items placed in a shared reserve, creating tradeoffs between immediate gain and long-term access. Build coherent sets by theme or period to earn bonuses from patron cards, hire explorer specialists for extra effects, and react to event cards that alter conditions. Score by the value and composition of collections; highest total wins. Solo mode included.
