Shaolia: Warring States

Players build a personal kingdom by purchasing and placing building and character cards onto a territory board, then activating them with dice-driven actions. Each round has three phases: a purchase phase for buying cards and resources, a building phase for constructing purchased cards, and an action phase for rolling dice to trigger card effects and abilities. Conflict and resource management drive play: players attack an opponent’s palace to deal damage or develop culture to score points. Victory comes either by reducing the opponent’s palace by 12 damage or reaching 18 culture.
