Urbion (Second Edition)

Place Dream cards adjacent to City cards to keep the city’s dual forces in balance. Players play positive and negative-value Dreams into city districts, aiming to neutralize each City card’s strength so neither the joyful nor the sorrowful faction dominates. Manage a hand of cards by choosing where to play them or discarding them to activate special effects, and claim City cards when their values are balanced. The game resolves through careful card placement, timing of discards, and tactical management of available effects.
