Kaleido

In Edo-period Japan, players are kaleidoscope designers summoned by the Shogun to create a magnificent display. Each player takes turns placing colored tiles, including two white tiles, on the game boards and may add one of two additional boards before or after a turn. When a hexagonal board is filled, the player with the most tiles scores 8 points and the second-most scores 4, after which the active player may rotate the board. At the end of the game, players also score the filled hexes formed by three adjacent boards. The highest score wins the Shogun’s reward.
