Play as one of two major presidential contenders in the pivotal 1960 U.S. election and manage a national campaign across an electoral map of the period. Using a card-driven system, players play events, allocate limited campaign points across four regions, contest issues, and fight for control of the airwaves and momentum. The game models televised debates and a final election push as distinct subsystems, and includes historical events that affect the race. Players balance regional campaigning, issue dominance, and resource management to win states and their electoral votes while adapting to changing circumstances.
