Players are a team of four psychiatry students working to help an elderly man whose mind is controlled by 24 distinct Personalities. The game unfolds over four Sessions during which players speak with different Personalities, track the patient’s rising Stress, and decide when to pause and give him rest. Interactions use four evolving answer decks so Personalities change behavior across the game: some cooperate, others actively oppose treatment. Players gather and exchange information, satisfy Personality requests with acquired objects, and piece together connections between fragments of identity to reunite the true self. Cooperative and narrative-driven, the game presents a procedural puzzle with a randomized setup that creates a different path each playthrough.
