Parley

Set in the 16th-century Mediterranean, the game casts players as corsairs serving one of six kings, each with a secret mission. Twenty ports are contested across the map, with one siege taking place at each port as three countries attack and three defend. Players secretly vote on which coalition to support, using negotiation and possible blackmail to influence one another without revealing their missions. Corsair support determines the outcome of each siege and which country controls the port. At the end, the country controlling the largest connected group of ports determines the main scoring, while successful blackmail also affects victory points.
