Barricades rise in the streets, shops run out of supplies, and an invisible murderer moves through the Town. In this asymmetrical stealth game, three players take the roles of doctors trying to save the inhabitants, while a fourth controls the unseen Sand Plague. The doctors complete missions by risking themselves and their Entwined companions, while competing against one another because only one player can win. The Plague remains hidden until it chooses to strike, bringing the atmosphere of a town in agony, desperate hope, and an ever-present sense of doom.
