An operational-level wargame depicting the opening campaign of the First Coalition during the French Revolutionary Wars. French forces oppose the armies of the Holy Roman Empire, Great Britain, Spain, the Dutch Republic, and other royalist powers. Players maneuver armies across a hex-based map, with each hex representing roughly 3.2 kilometers. Turns cover two days, while strength points represent approximately 1,000 troops. The system focuses on campaign movement and military operations, using an eight-page rulebook.
