Death Ride Kursk: 11th Panzer
A detailed, tactical simulation of the 11th Panzer Division and supporting XLVIII Panzer Corps units against the Red Army during the ten-day Battle of Kursk. Units are represented mainly at platoon and company or battery level across 330-meter hexes, with turns covering two hours by day and four at night. Players manage combat multipliers, command and control, supply, maintenance, transport, reserves, artillery, and air support. Mines, wire, improved positions, and fortifications channel attacks, while overwatch fire, patrols, suppression, and separate primary and secondary weapons shape engagements. German forces must push through layered Soviet defenses before attrition and repair demands slow the advance.
