HeroCard Orc Wars

An asymmetrical fantasy battle game for two players, set during a war between Elven champions and invading Orc clans. One player leads the Paladin heroes, while the other commands the Orc King and his forces. Players use hero decks and figures to direct their warriors in combat. Additional hero decks and figures allow the game to support up to four players.

This is my favorite of the series so far, not just because of the fantasy theme - although it helps; and not because of the variety, although any reader of my reviews knows I love it. Rather, it's because playing both sides feels extremely different, although the Duel system is still at the core of the game. I'm not sure how far the HeroCard system can be taken; but this game incorporates it with ease and allows players to play a quick, unique two-player fantasy game. See my review for more details...
