A fast-playing miniature wargame set during the American Civil War from 1861 to 1865. The rules cover Union and Confederate army organization, morale ratings, command structures, and leadership at regimental, brigade, division, and corps levels. Movement and combat are handled through simple, historically informed procedures for 15 mm and 25 mm miniatures. The book includes two scenarios with orders of battle, command ratings, and battle maps.
