Here Come the Rebels

A simulation of the 1862 Maryland campaign that models movement and combat over a two-week period, with turns representing one day and hexes scaled to one mile. Players command Union and Confederate forces at the division/brigade level, using corps leaders, artillery values, cavalry, force marches and special rules for railroads, forts, depots, foraging and weather. Several scenarios range from short engagements like South Mountain and Harpers Ferry to the full Maryland Campaign, with playing times from about an hour up to a full day. Maps reproduce northern Virginia and Maryland terrain and infrastructure; play supports one or two players or team play and includes historical notes on the campaign.
