Warrior Knights

Players take the role of rival Barons competing to claim the throne after the king’s death. Each Baron fields nobles and armies to capture cities for Influence, raise income, gather Votes at the Assembly, and accumulate Faith to affect chance events. On each turn players secretly choose tasks from a shared menu (move & attack, tax, recruit mercenaries, gain political power, gain faith, etc.), then those chosen tasks are shuffled and resolved in an unpredictable order. Collective choices also trigger four special phases—taxation, Parliament, mercenary auctions and wage payments—when particular tasks reach certain frequencies. The game emphasizes territorial control, resource management and diplomacy as players balance timing, cashflow and political strength to score Influence and claim victory.
