Players take the roles of familiars racing across Exandria to gather rare ingredients from location piles of cards. On a turn a player takes all cards from one pile into their collection, then adds three cards from their hand back into the piles—two face up and one face down—redistributing resources and traps across the board. Through careful placement and timing, players try to assemble valuable ingredient sets while bluffing and misleading opponents into taking piles with negative cards. The game emphasizes fast turns, hand management, and tactical placement to score the most valuable collection.
