Antinomy

Two sorcerers race to collect Paradox Crystals by manipulating time with cards. On each turn play a card and use its color or symbol to move into the past or its number to jump into the future; swap the card you land on with the one you played to remodel your hand. Form three-of-a-kind sets to create crystals, and initiate a Clash to challenge an opponent and steal their crystals. The first player to gather five crystals wins.

Fantastic 1 vs 1 puzzly game! PROS - It is pretty simple to teach and explain, but conforms a demanding puzzle that will take you some games to fully click in your minds. - The movement system is clever and fun, asking you to think in two different ways at once. - The scoring system, combined with the clashes, also demands you to pay attention to different considerations when planning your moves. - The solitaire mode is actually good. - You can take this anywhere, and it has a moderate footprint when played. CONS - The art feels generic and kinda boring.
