Players control 2–4 heroes who combine a chosen hero deck with a class and work together to defeat ten distinct boss monsters. An app controls each boss, reacting in real time to scanned player cards and adapting tactics; bosses start with unknown abilities that players must deduce during the fight. Combat uses deck-building and card-scanning mechanics to trigger boss responses, and successful runs reward hidden loot cards that upgrade decks and unlock new abilities. Each encounter can be played at varying difficulty levels.
