Chronicles of Crime: 1400

Players assume the role of a medieval investigator in Paris, using prophetic visions, witness statements and physical evidence to reconstruct crimes across the city. Gameplay combines scene exploration and interrogation with new Vision Cards that depict past or future moments to be interpreted alongside clues. Players may consult family contacts with specialized knowledge and use a tracking dog by presenting personal items to locate suspects. The game uses cooperative deduction and scenario-driven cases, requiring players to piece together timelines, identify perpetrators and link objects and testimonies to solve each mystery.
