De Kolonisten van Catan: De drie Handelsteden van Noord-Nederland

A regional Catan map set in the three northern provinces of the Netherlands, with city hexes marking provincial capitals that act as trade cities offering local bonuses. Players place villages and cities to gain access to these trade cities, which function as 3:1 or 2:1 harbors or as wildcard production tiles depending on adjacency. The map replaces mountains with swamps that produce ore, reflecting the local terrain, and otherwise follows standard Catan resource production and settlement, road and development play. The set integrates with Catan rules as an alternate board for varied trading and placement strategy.
