Players run competing sanitation companies in Tudor London, moving laborers by night to collect and transport waste cubes through a cramped street network. By day, those workers perform actions across the city to advertise, gain favor with businesses, and upgrade company assets, while their presence can increase local waste. Gameplay balances route planning, worker recruitment, and resource management as players try to maximize profits; the player with the most money at the end wins.
