Project Mars

Players act as space-industry contractors working to develop the technology and engineering capacity needed for a crewed mission to Mars. Because launch opportunities occur only during favorable Earth–Mars alignments, multiple missions are required to transport fuel depots and spacecraft modules into low Earth orbit for assembly. Players manage money and resources, expand office space, select vendors, hire employees, and increase their engineering level. The first player to place two fuel depots and three modules in low Earth orbit, then acquire the required Launch Date card, wins.
