Shadows Over the Empire

After a long siege, Cardis has fallen to the empire of Asmidan. As the new rulers establish control, rival factions—including the former Queen’s supporters, wealthy members of the Order of the Coin, and the Asmidan Church—struggle for power in the conquered city. Players lead one of four factions, influencing key personalities to advance their plans. Loyalties shift throughout the game as allies become enemies and each faction seeks to control Cardis.
