Players harness eight distinct divine aspects represented as unique suits, each with its own values and abilities. The game plays as an innovative trick-taking experience that accommodates a range of skill levels. Each suit embodies a different Shard with asymmetric powers, and players construct hands and strategies around one or multiple Shards. Games vary by shuffling combinations of Shards for different suit interactions and tactical possibilities.
