Jag und Schlag

One player controls hunters and lumberjacks; the other controls foxes and bears. Players flip face-down forest tiles, place and move animal and lumberjack pieces, and create clearings and aisles that change movement and hunting opportunities. The lumberjacks cut paths that open hunting fields for the hunters, while bears and foxes use those same paths to stalk hunters and lumberjacks. Ducks occupy neutral spaces and become targets for both sides as the board transforms. The game mixes early-game luck from tile draws with increasing strategic depth as placement and movement choices determine the outcome.
