Walk the Plank!

Players portray inept crew members trying to be among the last pirates left on a ship by forcing rivals off the plank. Each round players secretly arrange three action cards from a shared deck and then reveal and resolve those actions in turn, executing pushes, pulls and special effects regardless of changing board conditions. Some cards carry a skull icon and remain in play into the next round, affecting future choices. Play continues until two or fewer pirates remain on the board (or all have been shoved overboard), and the owner(s) of surviving pirates win.
