Fight insanity and paranoia as agents investigating a disturbing incident in an early 20th-century sanatorium. Gather information, protect witnesses, and uncover the impostor among you before the story reaches its conclusion. Draw and play Event cards according to your agenda, making difficult choices as clues reveal the traitor’s identity. Track shared story progress while individual Mind sheets record the agents’ descent into madness. The agents win by discovering and eliminating the traitor; the traitor wins by completing the mission or eliminating all agents. A two-player mode preserves the hidden-traitor tension with minor rule changes.
