Off-Plan

An economic home-building game with isometric and zenithal art. Players represent real estate agencies, collecting room modules, constructing homes and public buildings, and investing in four neighborhoods to increase the value of their properties. Each room provides an ability, while neighborhood investments, asymmetric character goals, event cards, and special cards create opportunities for interaction. Scoring considers completed homes, bonus icons, reserve funds, character objectives, and investments relative to the properties built. The game includes a standard mode with two variants and two solitaire modes.
