Players collaboratively tell a lighthearted, shared-world story using a grid to represent characters and locations and craft materials to mark contributions. Each turn, a participant places or moves markers on the grid to establish relationships, settings, and narrative beats, then narrates the resulting scene. The game emphasizes freeform verbal storytelling supported by visual, tactile elements; players track influences and developments with physical pieces as the tale evolves.
