Players pass Emotion Cards simultaneously, trying to collect three matching cards. When a player completes a set, they express the depicted feeling using only their face while the others guess. The first correct guess earns a card, while the player demonstrating the emotion keeps the other two and draws a replacement. The game continues until the supply runs out, and the player with the most collected cards wins. A separate two- to four-player variant uses face-down cards in a memory-style game. One player secretly views and acts out an emotion, and another player scores by finding two matching cards.
