Black Seas: Cutters Squadron

Add miniature cutters to Black Seas adventures. These small, single-masted vessels emphasize speed over carrying capacity and historically ferry supplies and troops while relaying information across the fleet. In play, cutters are unrated ships with two light cannons per broadside and one of the highest movement values, allowing them to move quickly around the battlefield.
