Memory card game where cats manage a row of four face-down cards, initially viewing only the edge cards. Players draw from the deck or take visible cards from the discard pile, then swap cards to improve their hidden hand or discard new draws immediately. Players use memory and tactical action cards to peek at cards, steal from opponents, or force exchanges. When a player believes they have the lowest total, they call "MEOW!" and everyone else takes one final turn before revealing cards and scoring. Multiple rounds determine the winner.
