Clown Standoff

Clown Standoff is a board game for 2–6 players. It plays in 10 minutes and is meant for ages 8 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 5.

Best to keep your distance when the clowns have a standoff! Players compete in a trick-taking phase, simultaneously selecting cards from 1 to 6. Tied cards are eliminated, the highest card wins, and a 1 defeats a 6 when both are played. Winners keep their cards for the pie-throwing phase, where they draw from a deck containing five Dodge cards and one Hit card. Players may also discard collected cards to shuffle the deck or pass. A player who draws the Hit card is eliminated; the last clown remaining wins.
