Batalla Naval

An abstract naval combat and merchant game for two players. Each side controls seven battleships and three merchant ships, with combat determined by distance and damaged ships suffering reduced movement. Wind direction and speed affect movement, and players may attempt to change the wind each turn using dice rolls. In the long game, a merchant ship must reach the opposing port and return home to win. In the short game, players score points based on the order in which their merchant ships reach the opposing port. Since the ports lie diagonally across the board, the routes intersect and encounters are likely.
