Crossbows & Catapults: Fortress War

Players construct individual fortified castles from a large set of detailed building components, then take turns launching projectiles from engineered spring and pinch-to-fire weapons to topple opposing structures and figures. On a turn, a player takes two actions — move or fire, in any order or the same action twice — and may use special ammo, recruit mercenary miniatures, and play asymmetrical tactics cards to gain advantages. Victory comes by knocking over all enemy warrior figures and the opposing general.
