Fighting Formations: Grossdeutschland Motorized Infantry Division

Simulate tactical actions of a German motorized infantry division on the Eastern Front between June 1942 and March 1943. Play unfolds on a 75-meter-per-hex map with turns representing roughly five minutes; units are squads, guns with crews, individual vehicles and platoon aggregates. An impulse-style initiative system governs play: Orders cost Initiative and the player with the most Initiative chooses the next action rather than following a strict I-go/You-go sequence. Cards provide optional Assets such as snipers, artillery, air support and demolitions, supplementing unit movement, firefights and combined-arms coordination across multiple scenarios and maps.
