Wine Cellar

Players act as rival sommeliers who bid in repeated auctions to assemble a wine cellar for a specific client. Over eight rounds they acquire bottles, place them on a timeline that determines when each bottle will be consumed, and earn value based on each bottle’s position. Scoring also depends on matching the client’s preferences for wine types and countries of origin, so draft and placement choices affect both immediate auction outcomes and endgame points.
