Players control distinct fighters represented by separate decks, each with unique abilities, playstyles, and artwork. The game simulates one-on-one fighting-game matches by resolving simultaneous card choices and resolving a rock–paper–scissors-like interaction of attacks, throws, and blocks/dodges. Players select a character deck, choose a card in secret each round, and reveal to resolve damage, combos, and special effects; attacks and throws enable follow-up combo cards while successful blocks often grant card draw. The system emphasizes predicting the opponent’s play (yomi) and valuing cards situationally to build momentum and win the duel.
