The Office: Downsizing Game

Players roleplay as characters from a workplace comedy and attempt to survive the week without getting downsized. Each turn represents a day and introduces new HR emails and episode-themed events; players use cards, actions, and social maneuvering to avoid pink slips and gain security. Teams and hidden loyalties alter objectives: some players cooperate to expose a suspected culprit, others try to enforce layoffs, and one player can secretly play as an undercover HR figure. The rules emphasize character abilities, day-by-day scripted incidents, and pop-culture references that reward players familiar with the source material.
