In the aftermath of the Twenty-Three Seconds incident, New Angeles struggles with financial collapse as corporations blame one another and opportunists seek profit amid the chaos. This card expansion adds sixty cards for Corp and Runner decks, focusing on using wealth to generate more wealth. It also introduces Corporate Trace cards that can be played outside a run, along with characters and effects involving Prisec operatives, bounty hunters, reporters, and rumor mongers.
