Crappy Birthday

Players each hold a hand of illustrated Gift Cards and take turns being the birthday person. On a turn everyone secretly plays a “crappy” gift from their hand, the birthday player shuffles the received cards, reveals them one by one, and chooses the gift they dislike the most. The player who played the chosen gift scores a point. Players draw back to five cards and play proceeds left. The first player to three points wins. The game is party-focused and light: cards are designed to spark conversation and laughs, and the rules are simple enough for non-gamers to pick up quickly.
