Use story prompts to convince sanatorium staff that everyone else is crazier than you. Tell a terrifying account of the events that led to your incarceration while other players disrupt your tale and cast doubt on their stories. The staff respond with misguided therapies and medication based on each tale. Treatment determines the score, and the player with the least treatment is released.
