Schummel Hummel
Players try to be the first to empty their hand by playing cards onto a central pile, with cheating explicitly allowed as a tactic. Cards must match the top card in some way and many insect cards grant special powers that alter play. One player acts as the watchman; if the watchman catches a cheating player, the caught player keeps their original card, takes one of the watchman’s cards, and swaps into the watchman role. Players may also attempt to steal a grasshopper card positioned between them and a neighbor; a successful unnoticed snatch forces that neighbor to draw two cards from the deck.
