In this game you roll a die then all players simultaneously place wall tokens in the pattern the die shows on your player board. Once you enclose all the icons required by the start of the game die roll you can declare yourself done. You get money based on the money icons you enclosed and then there's a small payout for each subsequent roll caused by players who are not yet done. Then you see who has the most Viking icons and they take a penalty. Then you do it again with new requirements. Then the game ends and most money wins. It's cute. I like that it's a roll and write without the need to write anything, but on the other hand it's pretty forgettable. My favorite aspect of the game is being able to call the game a wall n write game and not anything that it's doing mechanically. ★ Art, Iconography and components functional ★ Clever or interesting mechanisms ★ Reasonably low downtime between turns with mildly AP players ☆ Multiple plays stay interesting ★ Low or mitigatable luck elements ★★☆☆☆ Raw enjoyment
