DAK2: The Campaign in North Africa, 1940-1942

A regimental-level simulation of the Western Desert campaign in North Africa, covering operations from 1940 through 1942 across 17 scenarios. Players maneuver company- to division-sized formations on five large maps with a 5-mile hex scale and half-week turns, resolving combat and logistics with the Operational Combat Series rules. The box contains over 1,500 counters, multiple rule and scenario booklets, charts and player aids, and standard dice. The game emphasizes operational planning, combined-arms combat, supply and reinforcement management, and campaign-level decision-making; sessions can range from a single scenario to extended campaigns lasting dozens or more hours.
