Take command of a nation in 1933 and shape the political, economic, and military forces that will determine the coming global war. Build alliances, prepare for conflict, and decide whether to prevent war or pursue your own path to victory. Political, military, and event counters are drawn randomly from an action cup, creating an unpredictable sequence of opportunities and crises. Deploy armies, air forces, and fleets, commit resources to campaigns, and resolve battles with opposed dice rolls as you write an alternate history of the Second World War.
